THE PROF

Gabriel Lucian Roman.

Romanian musician; conservatory-trained; equally at home in a lecture hall and a funk band.

Gabriel studied musicology and pedagogy at the National Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca, took a performance degree at ICMP London, and finished a master's in music performance in Sweden. He is a Danish-accredited teacher, and the gap between those worlds — the academy and the stage — is exactly where the teaching lives.

On stage it's funk, rock, soul, world and fusion. In lessons it's the same music, taken seriously: analysed, understood, and handed back to you as something you can use.
